This move marks a new chapter in Dongfang Precision’s global strategy and opens up broader prospects for the future development of Fosber.

As our valued customer, it is important for you to know that for now, it is business as usual at Fosber, and you will not experience any disruptions or changes to our valued business relationship. Your Fosber contact will remain the same. Supported by Brookfield’s substantial investment and industry resources, Fosber will be better positioned to accelerate product innovation, enhance our service capabilities, and continue delivering advanced solutions and an exceptional customer experience. Until this transaction is officially complete, Fosber is still a subsidiary of Dongfang Precision’s management, remaining steadfast in our strategic plan and priorities.
